Amazon says it will buy Whole Foods in a $13.7 Billion deal today morning. Amazon is pushing beyond the virtual realm with this purchase, at a premium price of $42 a share, they will now buy out the physical stores in North America. Whole Foods shareholders still have to approve the deal, but it’s projected to be approved by the end of the second quarter of 2017.
